Brisbane’s social calendar is welcoming a dazzling new addition with the inaugural Sunset Soiree, hosted by the Sandgate Bayside Chamber of Commerce.
Gather your friends on Saturday, 16 November for an unforgettable evening filled with live music, gourmet cuisine and a vibrant atmosphere, all set against the breathtaking backdrop of the iconic Shorncliffe Pier.
The Chamber’s beloved annual event, The Long Table Shorncliffe Pier, will be taking a temporary break to usher in this fresh experience.
“We’re hitting pause on the Long Table this year to make room for something new and exciting,” Chamber president Bill Gollan said. “This allows the Chamber of Commerce events team an opportunity to explore a fresh experience that captures the spirit of community and celebration.
“We’re excited to innovate and create memorable events that celebrate our remarkable location and engage with everyone who loves it.
“People tell us how they love these events because they create a sense of connection among residents and new visitors.
“We hope people will embrace the Sunset Soiree in November as enthusiastically as the Long Table to make new connections and memories with friends and families.”
Experience Magic at the Inaugural Bayside Sunset Soiree This November
Guests are encouraged to embrace the spirit of the evening by dressing in theme and wearing sunset colours while readying themselves for a relaxed yet festive gathering along the picturesque foreshore.
Canapes and culinary delights will be served through gourmet food stations, with wait staff on hand to ensure a seamless dining experience.
Attendees will be greeted with welcome drinks and enjoy a four-hour drinks package featuring a selection of beer, wine and sparkling wine, as well as soft drinks and other non-alcoholic options. A cash bar for spirits will also be available. Pop-up bars will be located throughout the event so guests can savour their drinks while soaking up the stunning sunset views.
While there won’t be the traditional ‘Long Table’ seating, ample seating options will be available at cocktail tables and other arrangements across the pier. However, with so much to enjoy, you won’t be sitting down for long!
With exclusive access to the foreshore and Shorncliffe Pier for the duration of the event, ticket holders are set for a night to remember.
Ticket prices are $179 per person and with limited availability, those interested are encouraged to book now at Sandgate Bayside website.
